Resolved Question: If I were to receive a DWI in the state of minnesota..?
IF this were to happen, I am intoxicated, driving down a street in minnesota, pull into the driveway, get out of my truck, and just as about im to open my house door, get arrested for a dwi, would this be legal if I was not in the vehicle?
